Credits are used when you request data from Atlas outside the platform: via the API or a connector. Using the Atlas platform does not use any credits. Here's what each action costs and how to calculate it before making a request.
Working on the platform doesn't use credits: Searching, viewing records, using the map, and generating reports on the platform is free. Credits are required only when you export the data.
You pay per data point, not per query: The cost depends not on how many times you call, but on how many records you request and which fields you add to each one.
If you go over, you keep working: Your plan includes a set number of credits per month. When you run out, you can keep working — any extra credits are charged at the end of the billing cycle.
Each record is charged based on its base data, plus any additional fields you request. Three examples are enough to understand the entire model.
100 properties, with their basic information
The base cost is low. Adding properties, parcels, or buildings costs 1 credit per entry.
100 credits
The same 100 properties, with valuations and photos
The extra fields are what cost money — the valuation alone is 70% of the bill. Only request the ones you'll actually use.
700 credits
A market profile report
The price depends on where you order it from. In the platform you do the work yourself; via the API we deliver it ready to use.
0credits
You create it, edit it, and share it. No limits.
18credits
It comes fully assembled, ready for your system.
Pick what you'll request and how many records per month. The total updates as you go.
