Days-on-market and the record timestamps are the entire timeline, so we cannot say a listing was reduced or relisted. - No payment or delinquency status for property taxes. Puerto Rico carries the CRIM assessment roll, which is an assessment base roughly an order of magnitude below market value — it is not what an owner pays, and there is no annual bill. Colombia carries the avalúo catastral (the cadastral valuation), one row per fiscal year (vigencia), with destino económico and estrato; it is also well below market value. A Colombian annual predial amount appears only where a real municipal bill was read (labelled billed; pilot cities Villavicencio and Popayán); everywhere else there is no tax amount, and none is estimated. - Colombian permits are the curadurías' licence decisions from nine public sources, refreshed weekly: Bogotá (2008 onwards, with the lot polygon of each decision), Cartagena, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Pereira, the Cundinamarca sabana and Soacha (each city's own layer, periods vary), and the Supernotariado national registry (the 49 municipalities with a curaduría, 2017 onwards, being backfilled). - No days-on-market for Colombia. - No confirmed bookings for short-term rentals. Occupancy and revenue are estimates from calendar captures (a night open on the listing's previous capture and closed on the next), and a night the host blocked reads as booked, so quote them as estimates, never as reservations. - No rental yield, cap rate or ROI figures. ## Citation Cite as "RED Atlas" linking the specific page.
